Reset your password
There are two ways to set a new password: the forgot-password flow when you’re locked out, and an in-app change when you’re already signed in. Both enforce the same 10-character minimum. The reset flow is self-serve and email-driven — you don’t need support to regain access as long as you can receive mail at your account address.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- Access to the inbox for your account email — the reset link is delivered there
- A new password of at least 10 characters
- For the in-app change: your current password, and an active sign-in session
Forgot your password
Section titled “Forgot your password”- Go to visibilityiq365.com/signin.
- Click Forgot password? below the password field. This takes you to the
/forgot-passwordpage. - Enter your account email and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email from
noreply@visibilityiq365.com. - Click the link. It lands you on the
/reset-passwordpage and expires in 1 hour — request a fresh link if it lapses rather than reusing the dead one. - Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 10 characters).
- You’re returned to sign-in; log in with the new password.
For privacy, the forgot-password page returns the same confirmation whether or not an account exists for the email you entered. If no reset email arrives, the most likely cause is that the address doesn’t match the one on your account — double-check for typos or an alternate email.
Change your password while signed in
Section titled “Change your password while signed in”- Sign in and go to Dashboard → Account.
- Under Security, click Change password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Save.
Use this path when you simply want to rotate a known password — it’s faster than the email round-trip and confirms your identity with your current password.
Password requirements
Section titled “Password requirements”Passwords must be at least 10 characters. There are no composition rules (no forced symbols or mixed case), but a randomly generated passphrase from a password manager is strongly recommended over anything you’d type from memory.
If you no longer have access to your email
Section titled “If you no longer have access to your email”Email support@visibilityiq365.com from an address we can tie to your account — the one on your billing record is ideal. We’ll manually verify your identity and restore access. This is the only path that doesn’t depend on your account inbox, so use it when the email itself is the thing you’ve lost.
