PDF Reports
Reports let you export your audit data and watch your score move over time. From your latest audit you can download the full issue list and the crawled-page list in shareable formats, and a score-trend table records every audit run so you can show progress at a glance. It’s how you take findings out of the dashboard and into a meeting, a ticket, or a stakeholder update.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- A project with at least one completed audit. The exports draw from your latest audit run.
- More than one audit if you want the score trend to show movement — a single run gives you one data point.
How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Open Reports & Tools → PDF Reports for your project.
- From the latest audit, download the dataset you need: Issues as CSV or JSON, or Pages as CSV.
- Use the score-trend table to review how each historical audit scored, and export any single run from that table as CSV.
The JSON issues export is the one to hand a developer or feed into another tool; the CSV exports drop cleanly into a spreadsheet for filtering and sharing.
How to read the results
Section titled “How to read the results”The exports mirror what you see in the audit, in a portable form. The score-trend table is the part to read closely — each row is one historical audit run.

| Pages crawled | How many pages the run covered |
Read the table top to bottom to see the trajectory: a rising score with a falling critical-issue count is the story you want to tell. Watch pages-crawled too — a score that moved while the crawl size changed isn’t a clean comparison, so note when coverage shifted before reading a swing as progress or regression.
Refreshing the data
Section titled “Refreshing the data”The exports always reflect your latest audit and the full audit history behind it, so they refresh whenever a new audit completes. Run a new audit to add a fresh row to the score trend, then re-export to share the updated picture.
