Bulk Analysis
Bulk Analysis lets you paste a list of URLs or keywords and run an analysis across all of them in one pass, in whichever mode fits the question you’re asking. It’s built for one-off batch checks — comparing a set of pages, vetting a list of keywords — without committing any of them as tracked items. You get the answer once, export it, and move on.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- A list of URLs or keywords to analyze, ready to paste.
- The analysis mode that matches your list — the available columns change per mode, so the mode decides what you get back.
- Awareness of the per-run cap, which varies by mode. Keep each batch within the cap; split a longer list into runs if needed.
How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Open Reports & Tools → Bulk Analysis.
- Choose the analysis mode for the question you’re asking.
- Paste your list of URLs or keywords, one per line.
- Run the batch. A progress indicator tracks the run as each item completes.
Because nothing here is added as a tracked item, Bulk Analysis is the right tool when you want a snapshot answer rather than ongoing monitoring.
How to read the results
Section titled “How to read the results”Results come back as a table whose columns depend on the mode you chose — the metrics for a keyword run differ from those for a URL run, so read the column headers as the definition of what that mode measured. Sort the table to surface the outliers that prompted the batch in the first place.
When the run finishes you have two ways to take the results forward:

If a one-off keyword check turns up terms worth watching over time, sending them to the Rank Tracker is how you graduate them from a snapshot into a tracked set.
Refreshing the data
Section titled “Refreshing the data”Bulk Analysis is run-on-demand — each batch is a fresh snapshot, not a monitored feed. To refresh, run the batch again. For anything you want to watch continuously, send the keywords to the Rank Tracker rather than re-running the batch on a schedule.
