Managing your subscription
VisibilityIQ is a single product with no feature tiers — every plan includes the full platform. What differs between plans is the billing cycle (monthly vs. annual) and the number of domains you’ve paid for. Billing runs through Stripe, and the customer portal is where you manage your card, invoices, and plan.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- Owner access to the organization — only the owner can change billing
- A sign-in session, to reach Dashboard → Billing
- A payment card, for new subscriptions or payment-method updates

What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”There are no locked features. Every subscription includes the site audit with raw-vs-rendered parity diffing, indexation and canonical reconciliation, AI-crawler access auditing, rank tracking, competitor intelligence, and all connectors (Search Console, GA4, Bing, CrUX). The practical limits that scale with what you pay for are:
- Domains/projects — 2 included; each additional domain is a billing add-on (see below). One domain equals one project.
- Keywords tracked and API credits for rank and competitor data are governed by per-project quotas. You can see your current usage against quota inside each project’s rank-tracking and competitor screens; the platform stops issuing paid API calls once a project’s monthly budget is reached rather than billing you for overage.
- Team members — invite colleagues into your organization so they share projects and findings (see Team members & roles).
If you ever hit a quota, the affected screen tells you which limit was reached and when it resets, so you’re never surprised by a silent cap.
Change billing cycle
Section titled “Change billing cycle”Go to Dashboard → Billing and switch between monthly and annual. Moving to annual credits any unused days remaining on your current monthly cycle, so you’re not double-charged for the overlap.
Update payment method
Section titled “Update payment method”- Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
- Click Update payment method.
- Enter your new card details and save. The change applies to your next charge.
Add a domain
Section titled “Add a domain”Each subscription includes 2 domains. To add more, go to Dashboard → Billing → Add domain; each is $18.95/month, prorated to your billing date. Full walkthrough in Adding domains.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Every invoice lives in the Stripe portal: Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription → Billing history. Download PDFs there for accounting.
