Account Security
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”Go to Account → Security → Change password. Enter your current password and your new password (minimum 10 characters). Click Update password.
If you’re signed in on multiple devices, changing your password does not automatically sign out other sessions. You can do that manually — see below.
Forgot password / reset
Section titled “Forgot password / reset”If you can’t sign in, click Forgot password on the sign-in page (/signin). Enter your email address and we’ll send a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. The sender is noreply@visibilityiq365.com. If you still don’t receive it, contact support@visibilityiq365.com.
Active sessions
Section titled “Active sessions”Go to Account → Security → Sessions to see all active sessions for your account — device type, approximate location (based on IP), and last activity time.
To sign out a specific session, click Revoke next to it. To sign out all other sessions (useful if you think your account has been accessed without your permission), click Revoke all other sessions.
Email address
Section titled “Email address”Your email address is your login identifier and is used for account notifications. To change it, go to Account → Profile → Email. A verification email will be sent to the new address — the change takes effect when you click the verification link.
Account deletion
Section titled “Account deletion”To delete your account, go to Account → Security → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, all projects, all audit data, and all connector configurations. Data deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you’re the Owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership before you can delete your account.
Suspicious activity
Section titled “Suspicious activity”If you notice sign-ins you didn’t make, change your password immediately, revoke all sessions, and contact support@visibilityiq365.com. Include your account email and approximate times of suspicious activity.
