Create your account
Creating an account takes a minute. The only gate is email verification — VisibilityIQ will not let you sign in until you’ve clicked the link in the verification email, so you’ll go through that step before you reach the dashboard.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- A working email address you can receive mail at (the verification link goes here)
- A password of at least 10 characters — there are no other composition rules, but a randomly generated password from a password manager is strongly recommended
- A modern browser; the sign-up page runs a reCAPTCHA challenge, so JavaScript and cookies must be enabled
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”Go to visibilityiq365.com and click Sign up (or go directly to /signup). Enter your email and password, solve the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA checkbox, and submit. If the captcha widget hasn’t been solved, the form won’t send — solve it first, then click the button.
On a successful submission you’ll see a confirmation that a verification email is on its way. You are not signed in yet at this point — that’s expected.
Verify your email
Section titled “Verify your email”Open the email from noreply@visibilityiq365.com and click the verification link. This activates your account and is required before your first sign-in. The link expires after 24 hours; if it lapses, return to the sign-in page and request a new one rather than reusing the dead link.
What gets created on signup
Section titled “What gets created on signup”When your account is created, VisibilityIQ automatically provisions a personal organization for you and makes you its owner. The organization is the container that holds your projects, connectors, billing, and any team members you later invite. You don’t have to set this up — it exists from the moment you verify. You can rename it and add teammates later from your account settings.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Once verified, go to visibilityiq365.com/signin, enter your email and password, and solve the captcha. You’ll land on your dashboard. If you mistype your password too many times, wait a moment and retry, or use Forgot password? to reset it.
If you try to sign in before verifying, you’ll be told your email isn’t verified yet — open the verification email first.
Two projects included
Section titled “Two projects included”Every account includes 2 domains at no extra cost. Additional domains are $18.95/month each, added from your billing settings once you’re signed in.
